1) Shipping Regions

We ship worldwide unless otherwise stated on a product page or at checkout.

2) Fulfillment & Dispatch

  • Ship-from: China
  • Carrier: DHL (or equivalent partner carriers when necessary)
  • Handling time: Typically 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

Please note: Handling time may be longer for pre-order items, during peak seasons, or due to circumstances outside our control (see “Delays & Force Majeure” below).

3) Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is typically 3–7 days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary by destination, customs processing, and carrier performance.

4) Shipping Fees

Free shipping is available on orders of $50 USD or more (based on merchandise subtotal, excluding any duties/taxes/fees where applicable), unless stated otherwise at checkout.

For orders below the free-shipping threshold, shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

5) Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (Worldwide)

We sell without VAT. Depending on your country, you may be charged customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the customer’s responsibility.

If a shipment is refused, returned, or abandoned due to unpaid customs charges, we may issue a refund only after the package is returned to us (if it is returned), minus any shipping costs, return shipping costs, and applicable fees.

6) Order Tracking

If tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

7) Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, we may:

  • charge additional shipping fees for re-shipment; and/or
  • refund the order amount after return (if returned), minus shipping costs and applicable fees.

8) Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier office first. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us at support@rezoluza.com and we will assist with an investigation where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Where mandatory local consumer law applies, those rights remain unaffected.

9) Pre-Orders

If your order contains a pre-order item, dispatch may occur on or after the estimated shipping date shown on the product page and/or at checkout. Pre-order dates are estimates and may change due to production, quality control, or logistics.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them together or separately at our discretion, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

10) Delays & Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in shipping caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including (without limitation) customs delays, carrier disruptions, strikes, pandemics, natural disasters, war, governmental actions, supply chain disruptions, or internet/payment network failures.
