These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through the Rezoluza online store (the “Store”). By accessing or using the Store and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Customer Responsibility

You confirm that you are legally able to enter into a contract and that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account.

3. Products

We sell apparel (including T-shirts) and accessories. Product images are for illustration; minor variations (e.g., color tone due to screen settings, printing tolerances, fabric texture) may occur.

4. Pre-Orders

Some items may be offered as pre-orders. For pre-orders:

  • Your payment may be collected at the time the order is placed.

  • Estimated shipping dates are estimates and may change due to production, quality control, logistics, or supply issues.

  • We may cancel a pre-order and issue a refund if fulfillment becomes impossible or commercially unreasonable.

5. Prices, Currency & Promotions

All prices are shown in the Store currency (typically USD unless otherwise displayed). Prices may change at any time. Promotions, discount codes, and free-shipping thresholds may be modified or ended at our discretion.

6. Taxes, Duties & Import Fees (Worldwide)

We sell without VAT. For international orders, you may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by your country. These fees are your responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

7. Payment Methods (Shopify Payments, PayPal, BTC)

We accept Shopify Payments, PayPal, and Bitcoin (BTC) where available.

8. Order Acceptance, Fraud Prevention & Cancellations

We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including (without limitation) orders that appear to be placed by dealers/resellers, suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, abnormal purchasing patterns, address issues, or violations of these Terms.


If your order is canceled after payment, we will refund the amount actually received (subject to any non-refundable payment processing/network fees where applicable and allowed).

9. Shipping, Handling & Delivery

  • Ship-from: China

  • Carrier: DHL (or equivalent partner carriers when necessary)

  • Handling time: typically 1–3 business days (may be longer for pre-orders, peak seasons, or force majeure).

  • Estimated delivery time: typically 3–7 days after dispatch (estimate; not guaranteed).

9.1 Free Shipping Threshold

Shipping is free for orders $50 and above (based on the merchandise subtotal, excluding taxes/duties/fees where applicable), unless the Store states otherwise.

9.2 Delivery Address & Failed Delivery

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, refused delivery, or failure to collect, we may:

  • charge additional shipping fees for re-shipment, and/or

  • refund the order minus shipping costs and any applicable fees (including restocking if applicable).

9.3 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Where local mandatory consumer law states otherwise, that mandatory rule applies.

10. Returns & Refunds (14 Days)

10.1 Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

10.2 Return Authorization Required

Returns require authorization. Return instructions and the return address are provided by email after you contact us at support@rezoluza.com with:

  • order number,

  • item(s) to return,

  • reason for return,

  • photos (required for damaged/defective claims).

Unapproved returns may be refused or returned to sender.

10.3 Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be:

  • unworn, unwashed, and unused,

  • with original tags/packaging where applicable,

  • free of odors, stains, pet hair, damage, or alterations.

If returned items fail inspection, we may deny the refund or issue a partial refund.

10.4 Return Shipping Costs

Customer pays return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped) or a confirmed defect upon delivery (subject to verification).

10.5 Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 5% of the purchase price applies to approved returns (unless prohibited by mandatory law, or unless the return is due to our error/confirmed defect).

10.6 Refund Method & Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Refund processing times depend on your bank/payment provider. Shipping fees (if paid) are non-refundable unless required by law or due to our error.

10.7 Non-Returnable Items

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, the following may be non-returnable:

  • items marked final sale,

  • gift cards,

  • items damaged due to misuse,

  • items returned outside the return window.

11. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged/defective or you received the wrong item, contact support@rezoluza.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of:

  • the product,

  • the packaging,

  • the shipping label.

We may offer replacement, repair, partial refund, or full refund depending on the case and stock availability.

12. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback, you agree to contact us to attempt resolution. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account restrictions and refusal of future orders. We reserve the right to provide order and delivery evidence to payment processors.

13. Warranties & Disclaimer (Max permitted by law)

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Store and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are not permitted.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

  • Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to an order is limited to the amount you actually paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (e.g., intentional misconduct, certain consumer protections, or liability for death/personal injury where applicable).

15. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including, without limitation, customs delays, carrier disruptions, strikes, pandemics, natural disasters, war, governmental actions, supply chain disruptions, or internet/payment network failures).

16. Intellectual Property

All Store content (logos, images, text, designs) is owned by or licensed to us and may not be used without prior written permission.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, unless mandatory consumer law in your country requires otherwise.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.

19. Severability

If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
